Welcome to our Nature Yoga Mind retreat, a day full of tranquility and connection with yourself.
From sunrise to sunset, you will immerse yourself in a transformative experience that will allow you to release stress and renew your energy.
Sun Salutation We begin the day with a sun salutation session at sunrise. We will connect with nature while practicing asanas (postures) that stretch and strengthen our bodies. The gentle breeze and birdsong will envelop us in an atmosphere of serenity.
Healthy breakfast After the morning practice, we will enjoy a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Each bite will be prepared with love and respect for natural ingredients, nourishing our body from within.
Botanical route, we will take a walk along the nearby Cantabrian coast that this Retreat offers us and we will pick flowers and leaves and on the way back we will elaborate an ointment.
The lunch will be another feast for the body and soul. We will savor delicious meals prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, cultivating a connection with nature and the land around us.
You will have free time to relax, read a book, take a stroll through the gardens or just be in silence. This time is for you, so you can explore your own introspection and enjoy the present.
Meditation and mindfulness workshop. We will gather for a meditation and mindfulness workshop. We will learn techniques to calm the mind and be fully present in the present moment. Inner peace will become your best ally.
Dinner and celebration Dinner will be an opportunity to enjoy each other’s company and share moments of gratitude for all that we have experienced this day. We will celebrate our connection and personal growth during this retreat. Before retiring to rest, we will gather for a guided meditation and gentle yoga practice to prepare our body and mind for a restful night’s sleep.
With a heart full of gratitude and peace, we will sink into a deep sleep, knowing that each day on this yoga retreat brings us closer to a more authentic and fulfilled version of ourselves.
